Okay people... if you want the opportunity to paint animals of any type... domestic or exotic, tame or wild... this is your chance. As in the portraiture class, we will be working on suede mat board, an excellent surface for rendering fur. Start early collecting your source material to be sure of getting good photos. Do avoid flash photos at all costs; you will not be happy with the results of your finished painting if working with resources taken with a flash. Don't forget our local zoo if you are looking for something exotic. |
