General Information

 An introduction to soft pastel, the "Chocolate" of the painting mediums.  Special emphasis will be placed  on the working qualities of the various products available to the artist and Dianna's techniques for their use.  Instruction will be tailored to the student's individual levels.

Classes such as Valentines, Father's or Mother's or Christmas Day, will include a demo that might be suitable for a gift to someone special on those occasions.  You are free to work on whatever subject matter you choose and are not obligated to follow the theme.

Unless specified, classes are open to all levels. 

Beginner-Intermediate level is for new students and those who have taken classes previously but might need a refresher and those who might enjoy less challenging subjects than would be found in the advanced class.

Advanced level is for those who have taken at least one previous pastel class and those who prefer a bigger challenge in the demo project.
