Ystumtuen Art Center Pastel Workshop

The Ystumtuen Art Workshop is located at the Old School in the former Lead and Silver mining village of Ystumtuen in the uplands of the Rheidol Valley near Aberystwyth in Mid Wales UK.

It has been set up to provide the opportunity for artists whether beginners or advanced to
undertake workshops and courses whilst surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscapes
Mid Wales has to offer.

 An introduction to soft pastel, the "Chocolate" of the painting mediums, this is a workshop for students of all levels.  Special emphasis will be placed  on the working qualities of the various products available to the artist and Dianna's techniques for their use.  Instruction will be tailored to the students' individual levels.
